I have not received the complete sale consideration, as mentioned in the sale deed. What are my legal remedies?

There are two legal remedies prima facie and the same may vary depending upon the terms of the sale deed:-

• Civil Suit for Specific Performance and execution of the sale deed.
• Cancellation of the sale deed via a suit.
